Tag Concept 的積分計畫是一個您可以賺取積分以享受額外扣減金額的計畫。

每10積分，可以於下次消費當作$10使用，積分需要於半年內使用， 逾期作廢。

賺取的積分越多， 節省的錢就越多！

10積分 = HK$10

20積分 = HK$20

30積分 = HK$30

1000積分 = HK$1000

The Points to Cash Programme is a program where you can earn points to enjoy product discounts.

Redemption Conversion Rate: 10 Points = $10

Points expire 6 months from the date you earn them.

The more points you earn, the more money you save!

10 Points = HK$10

20 Points = HK$20

30 Points = HK$30

1000 Point = HK$1000

您可以通過以下方式賺取積分：

  1. 註冊即可獲得10 積分

  2. 成為 INSIDER 或 CORE 會員後，每消費 $300 即可賺取 10 積分。* JUST MEMBER 的消費訂單不能賺取積分。

  3. 不論是 JUST MEMBER、INSIDER 或 CORE，每撰寫一篇超過 40 字的產品評論可獲得 20 積分（標點符號不計算在字數內）。

  4. 只有經過購買驗證的 JUST MEMBER、INSIDER 或 CORE 會員方可於產品頁面撰寫評論，GUEST 無法撰寫產品評論。

You can earn points in the following ways:

  1. Earn 10 points for signing up.

  2. Earn 10 points for every $300 spent on orders, for INSIDER and CORE members only. JUST MEMBERs are not eligible to earn points through orders.

  3. Earn 20 points for each product review that exceeds 40 words (punctuation marks are not counted).

  4. Only verified buyers who are JUST MEMBER, INSIDER, or CORE members can leave reviews on product pages. GUESTs are not allowed to leave reviews.

積分有效期為 6 個月。

如您在賺取積分之日起 6 個月內沒有使用積分，積分會自動失效。

Points are valid for 6 months.

If you do not use your points within 6 months from the date they are earned, they will expire automatically.

  • 店鋪日常情況（無節日優惠/每月優惠進行期間）：
  1. 信用卡付款：付款成功後，積分將立即存入您的帳戶。

  2. 支付寶HK、銀行轉賬、轉數快或PayMe付款：訂單狀態將顯示為 [待處理]，積分不會即時到賬。待訂單狀態更新為 [已完成] 後，系統才會發放積分。
  • 店鋪優惠期間（節日/月度優惠活動進行期間）：
  1. 特別優惠商品不能獲取積分：訂單中享有折扣的商品無法獲得積分，具體規則請參考優惠活動條款。

  2. 所有付款方式（包括信用卡、支付寶HK、銀行轉賬、轉數快或PayMe付款）：訂單中非優惠商品的積分亦不會即時發放，需等待訂單狀態變為 [已完成] 後，系統才會將積分加入帳戶中。
  • When the store is NOT running holiday/monthly promotions:
  1. If payment is made by credit card, points will be added to your account immediately after payment is completed.

  2. For payments made via Alipay HK, bank transfer, FPS or PayMe, the order status will show as [On hold] and points will not be added immediately. Points will only be credited to your account when the order status updates to [Completed].
  • When the store IS running holiday/monthly promotions:
  1. Products purchased with special discounts cannot earn points. Please refer to the specific promotion's terms and conditions for details.

  2. Regardless of payment method (credit card/Alipay HK/bank transfer/FPS/PayMe), points for non-discounted products in the order will not be added immediately. Points will only be credited to your account when the order status updates to [Completed].

  1. 提交產品評論所獲得的積分不會立即加到您的帳戶內。您的評論會先處於「待批准」狀態，一旦系統審核確認評論符合要求，相應積分將會加入您的帳戶。此過程可能需要 1-3 個工作天。

  2. 不可使用內容相同的評論為同一產品多次評論以獲取積分。系統會自動刪除不符合條件的評論，相關積分亦不會加至帳戶中。

  3. 所有每月優惠產品、優惠套裝及換購價產品均不設產品評論功能。
  1. Points earned from submitting a product review will not be credited to your account immediately. The review will first be in a “pending approval” status. Once the system verifies that the review meets the requirements, the corresponding points will be added to your account. This process may take 1-3 business days.

  2. You cannot submit multiple reviews with the same content for the same product to earn points. The system will automatically delete any reviews that do not meet the requirements, and the corresponding points will not be credited to your account.

  3. The review function is disabled for all monthly promotional products, bundle packages, or special offer products.

登錄您的帳戶，打開「我的帳戶」頁面，點擊「積分」按鈕，您將看到累積積分以及賺取和兌換積分的歷史記錄。

Log into your account, open the "My Account" page, and click the "Points" button to view your accumulated points and the history of earning and redeeming points.
