Delivery Arrangements
General Shipping Information
- Non-Promotional Period: Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation. Please note that orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
- Promotional Period: Your order will be shipped within 7-14 business days after order confirmation. Please note that orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be shipped within the next 7-14 business days.
- International Orders: All international orders require an additional 5-7 business days for processing.
- Pre-Order Items: If your order includes one or more pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until all items are available and ship them together.
- Partial Shipments:
a) For orders over HK$800,we will cover the shipping cost for the first shipment only. Subsequent shipping costs will be borne by the buyer upon delivery.
b) For orders belowHK$800, the shipping cost for the first shipment will be charged at the time of order placement. Subsequent shipping costs will be borne by the buyer upon delivery. - Shipping Location: All orders will be shipped from our warehouse or store in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China Orders
- Delivery Service: Provided by SF Express. You are bound by SF Express’s terms and conditions and should refer to them for details regarding the delivery process. We are not responsible for any acts or misconduct by SF Express and expressly disclaim any liability for delivery failures.

Taiwan Orders
- Delivery Method: All Taiwan orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post Speedpost, with a delivery time of approximately 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Fees:
- Orders over HK$4000 and weighing less than 5kg: Free shipping. If the order exceeds 5kg, the buyer must pay additional weight fees. We will notify you via email on how to pay the fee, and the order will only be shipped after payment is received.
- Orders below HK$4000: All shipping fees and possible taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
- Orders shipped to Taiwan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Delivery Method: All international orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post Speedpost, with a delivery time of approximately 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination country. The procedures for placing international orders and paying shipping fees are listed on the “Shipping Info” page.
- Additional Charges: Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and will not reimburse them.
- Liability Waiver: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by shipping companies/agents. No refunds will be issued for lost or delayed packages. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by natural disasters, pandemics, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure events, and no refunds will be provided.
After-Sales Service and Personalized Skincare Advice
- Product Usage Instructions
We provide product usage instructions for all users who purchase products on this website. After placing an order and receiving the product, please immediately contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 54425298. Provide your order number, and we will offer usage instructions and precautions for the products in your order. - Validity Period for Usage Instructions
To maintain the quality of our after-sales service, we will only provide usage instructions and precautions for orders and related products within 365 days from the date of contacting customer service. Refund and Exchange Policy
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Payment Failure During Promotions: If a payment failure occurs during a promotion, we reserve the right to refuse a refund of the price difference. If we choose to process a refund, we will deduct any transaction fees charged by third-party payment platforms and proceed only after confirming the amount with you.
- Product Allergies: All products we sell are carefully selected and tested to meet skin safety standards. However, due to varying skin types and conditions, we cannot guarantee that no allergic reactions will occur. If an allergy occurs after using a product purchased from our store, no refund or exchange will be provided.
- Damaged Items and Exchanges:
- Please notify us of any damaged items and exchange requests within 3 days of receiving the order (the day of receipt counts as Day 1). Late notifications will not be accepted.
- Damaged products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If we do not receive the product within 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
- Returned/exchanged items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received, including original packaging, box, tags, manuals, gifts, and all accessories. Damaged return/exchange items will not be accepted.
- Each order is eligible for only one exchange. We will notify you of the exchange arrangements after receiving and inspecting the product.
- Missing Items:
- Please notify us of any missing items within 3 days of receiving the order (the day of receipt counts as Day 1). Late notifications will not be accepted.
- To protect both parties’ interests, our packaging staff will photograph all products and the SF Express shipping label (with the order number) before final packaging. Please carefully inspect and count all items upon unpacking.
